De Developers provides high-quality services to our clients. We strive to meet the demands of our clients and therefore we do not believe in the refund policy. However, we understand that there may be extenuating circumstances that may warrant a refund.
Refunds for Web and Digital Services
We do not offer refunds for web and digital services once the project has been started. However, we may consider a refund in the following cases:
- The project has not been started or the initial design has not been approved.
- The developer/designer/programmer/content writer/SEO expert or any other has not yet inducted the project.
- De Developers cancels the project before its induction.
- The requirements of the client are not approvable at the time of project initiation.
Refunds for Ecommerce Products
We offer a one-time download link for all ecommerce products. The download link will be sent to the customer’s email address within 24 hours of purchase. The download link will expire after 24 hours.
No refunds will be given for ecommerce products that have been downloaded. Only in very specific cases will a refund be given, such as if the product is defective or if the customer receives the wrong product.
